VSK Consulting is supporting the hiring process for an international product company expanding across Europe.

Our client is a stable SaaS company (13+ years on the market, ~300 employees in the group) delivering a powerful platform that combines Customer Data Platform (CDP) + Omnichannel communications (email, push, SMS, Viber, on-site). The solution helps businesses increase revenue and retention through smarter retention marketing.

We are looking for a Sales Closer who can fully own deals — from discovery to signature and payment — and drive revenue growth in the Polish and European markets.

Your Mission (Closing Role)

  • Manage the full sales cycle: discovery → demo → negotiation → proposal → signature → payment.
  • Sell value and ROI (focus on business outcomes, not product features).
  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline: follow-ups, next steps, forecasting, CRM hygiene.
  • Collaborate closely with SDR, marketing, and support teams to convert opportunities into revenue.

What We Need

  • 3+ years of experience as Sales Closer / Account Executive in B2B.
  • Experience in SaaS / MarTech / CDP / ESP — strong advantage.
  • Polish — native or C1 level.
  • English — C1 preferred (minimum B2 for professional communication).
  • Ukrainian — strong advantage.
  • Mature communication style, proactivity, ownership mindset, strong negotiation skills.
